The Name
Why Avatar Destiny Portal? It wasn't something I thought about,the name just came while writing a fanfiction. I've always been a fan of true destiny and that there is a pathway to destiny,a pathway full of struggles,concerns,love,friendship...It reminded me of the Avatar 's journey with his friends.Katara,Sokka,Zuko,Toph etc.
I suppose it just came through my thoughts without me noticing,something unintentional.

Zutara?Well,the site used to be a zutara fansite,but I think It was not open to people who were not Zutarians,so you may ignore the zutara symbols (Chose them because of true destiny) and continue on in enjoying the site!

It all started on youtube,where I met a girl named Avatar Angels,we both shared the same interests and were on the same level when we met.She wanted an A:TLA fansite,I wanted an A:TLA fansite!
Bada-BOOM! Bada-BAY!
We decided to visit freewebs.com,and start there,the easiest.
Are first site together was named " The Avatar Temples" a fansite for all avatar fans.It was simple,and no html was included.
Months later,we got bored of the site,and we kept having the same visitors,no one new,so we got rid of "The Avatar Temples" and got back with are average lives.
Sad,and awfully bored,but feeling quite creative...I went to fanfiction.net,made an account,and started reading fanfics,one after the other,after the other.Finally,I created my own fanfic : Forgotten and Betrayed,it was very amateurish,but sure brought up some confidence.Typing words onto a blank white screen,was more than I thought it would be...the brightest idea came to mind, Avatar Destiny Portal,of course I've give credit back to

I went back to freewebs,and started creating Avatar Destiny Portal,with no html skills,Avatar Angels came back,and she joined the site to.With success,the site was a SUCCESS!Happy and proud,after some time,we decided we needed to step it up a bit.I tried,Bravehost,Tripod,nothing worked.So I asked my uncle,about getting a domain.He was obviously a mega genius, got me the best ftp server and domain,also willing to pay for it to me.That made my day.I couldn't sleep at night or anything,I grabbed a pre-made and started creating my new website...the website of today...the fansite....Avatar Destiny Portal!
